Here is a summary of the responses:
One library reported they have used Time Limit Manager for about a year. On
the positive side, this librarian reported that it works well in terms of
limiting patrons' time on computers, and for tracking statistics. On the
negative side, they have had patrons lose their work on the computer because
they were not keeping track of time and were logged out at the end of their
time limit - apparently the software does not warn the user adequately when
this is coming up. They also said they had a recurring problem with the
admin password getting corrupted.
One librarian reported she has not used Time Limit Manager but has been
happy with other products from FortresGrand.
One person pointed out there is a free trial of Time Limit Manager at this

That's it so far. Thanks to all who responded!
