[Conntech] wireless question

I have encountered several instances where patrons (or non-patrons) are 
plugging into our outlets to charge their laptops, cellphones, etc. 
because their battery packs are dwindling or dead.  My feeling is that 
we are offering the wireless for free, NOT the Library's electrical 
connections to charge up their equipment.  Take it home and charge, please!
