[Conntech] Connecticard non-resident reimbursement loans for end of fiscal year

To: Public Libraries

Please have all of your Connecticard  loans between March 2007 and February 2008 submitted for reimbursement by end of day March 28th.

I have contacted each library individually if your library was missing months other than January and February.

Eligible libraries will receive their award letter, a loans and borrow report, and expenditure form  before April. 
Checks will be issued by the Comptroller around the same time.
