[Conntech] DVD Machine Repair

Hi Everyone,

 

Manchester Community College Library was wondering if anyone might know
of a repair service in Connecticut for DVD disc repair machines. We have
an "Advantage Disc Repair Machine" that we purchased a few years ago
from Azuradisc, 2885 N. Nevada St. Suite 140, Chandler, AZ 85225. We
have contacted the company to see if they would send someone but they
only have IT help by phone or online. They could give us directions over
the phone, but we need to replace some parts and recalibrate the machine
and we don't feel qualified to do so. So, we were hoping that maybe
someone would know of a company that may repair DVD disc repair machines
or someone that could possibly suggest some other options.
