Bibliomation has a partnership with OverDrive.  Twenty-one of our libraries
participate in our downloadable eaudiobook collection.  We just celebrated
our one-year anniversary with them.

Without hesitation, I can tell you that OverDrive is one of the best vendors
I've ever worked with.  They are extremely attentive to every aspect of
their service -- implementation, marketing, training, website development.
I am a huge fan.  They do so much right when it comes to building and
maintaining a good vendor-customer relationship.

using this product. What factors helped you decide which vendor to use?
