[Conntech] Organizing of DVD's

For years we kept the DVDs behind our circ desk, but we are running out of
room, so we decided to move them into the stacks. The locking cases were too
expensive for us (we found them to be around $3 each, and we have almost
2,000 DVDs--and counting). So, we are moving the cases into the stacks, but
we're keeping the actual discs behind the circ desk. Each disc is in its own
paper sleeve (from DEMCO, maybe 30 cents each?) and from Millenium we ran
labels bearing the item's call #, title and barcode. They are filed by call
# in drawers. When the patron brings the DVD case to the desk, we'll find
the disc and pop it into its case, leaving the paper sleeve in its place in
the drawer.
