[Conntech] Trumbull Library System website re-design

The Trumbull Library System would like to announce the launching of our new
website.  Same address, new look.  We worked with the Computer Company out
of Cromwell, CT, and Don Thurber in particular.  Don and the rest of the
staff at the Computer Company were very easy to work with and did a great
job understanding what we wanted in a website.
