CorvAircraft> Stolen Corvair aircraft parts

I don't believe Les Laidlaw is a member of the CorvAircraft List, so 
I'm cross-posting something he just said the other day on the 
Dragonfly List.  Les is one of the first to fly a Corvair in a Dragonfly.

He said: "I've finally got back to installing my corvair engine after 
having the crank
nitrated. I rebuilt the engine and got to the airport to find out that
somebody needed my carb and intake manifold and also my exhaust and decided
I nolonger needed it. I have no Idea why they think it would work with any
other configuration than a dragonfly with a corvair and custom intake but
they are gone. If anybody is trying to sell an Aerocarb and manifold and
exhaust for a corvair on a dragonfly please let me know. I am now in the
process of rebuying and rebuilding these items and hopefully get back in the
