Both tubes are on welded onto the valve cover of the even-numbered
cylinders. The big tube comes out the top of the valve cover and
goes into the top of the separator. A smaller tube comes out the
bottom of the separator and flows any excess oil back into a smaller
tube welded into the side of the same valve cover. The breather tube
from the air/oil separator goes toward the center of the firewall and
curves downward to exit the bottom of the fuselage. A better photo
