Tom, we're also referring to the oil galleries that require you to 
remove the two plugs with a square socket.  There can be stuff hidden 
in those, at least there was in mine.  And it remains hidden until 
you flow some oil through the system, then comes out and contaminates 
everything.  Once you have the crank installed, you can no longer get 
to those plugs.
