Not only that, but anybody who has been around William knows that, of 
all the things you could do IN THE UNIVERSE, the one that is 
absolutely certain to make him eternally pissed off at you and 
probably seal your fate in the entire experimental aviation community 
is to take his designs and try to sell them yourself.  It is the 
unpardonable sin.  It is saying "Bill Gates, I'm going to be running 
off a few of my own CDs of your Windows OS and selling them.  I hope 
you don't mind."
