I ordered my 601 firewall forward manual by paypal Tuesday night and it arrived in  NC noon today (friday) by usps. Remember the post office was closed yesterday.
I also ordered printer ink from another vendor on Monday by paypal, it has not arrived.  So 700 miles in 2 business days. not bad.
