         My initial reaction was, "Oh, that's easy...  This guy's 
firing the plugs at the top of the exhaust stroke as well."  But I 
don't see anyplace where the HT wires split off to do such a thing, 
nor do I see multiple coils.
         I'm betting that the other three cylinders are fired by 
something you're not seeing in this video -- possibly because whoever 
is dinking with variable valve timing is also dinking with variable 
ignition timing as well.
         That said, I'm also quite at a loss as to why he's got the 
whole thing turned 90 degrees, and I'm wondering how he's got his 
oiling system working with it like that...
