CorvAircraft> cam timing on corvair?

I am sure about two dozen of you motorheads will know this like the back 
of your hand(s).

I need a book, formula, program or website to plug in cam profile 
numbers & optimize timing for the torque band you  want?

I am choosing to go reverse rotation and the venerable OT-10 is not 
available in reverse grind.  ( OT-20 and up only )

PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO MAKE A CAM OR CONVERT AN EXISTING GRIND!  
(I already know - you just turn it around!)

I want to start by working with what is available off the shelf with NO 
MACHINING. 

Mark Langford's site shows how he dialed in his cam & measured the 
timing exactly to get his power at the right rpm. 

What I want to know is what effect either advancing or retarding a cam 
by X degrees with ABC profile will have on placement of the final torque 
curve.
