With a recommend engine size of 25-110 cubic inches, that wouldn't appear to 
be the best match for a 165 cubic inch Corvair engine.  The 267 (which has 
flown on many VWs) looks like a better choice, with a range of 100 cu to 250 
cu.  Thanks for the link though.  Lots of good things have been said about 
the Zenith carb over the years.
