In an effort to train the untrainable, can someone explain to me what he was 
talking about with "the OT-20 and the best you can get is at 4 degrees of 
advance. Clarks sells an offset key that will get you that."  I understand 
what an offset key is, but what is accomplished with it?  Does that move the 
optimum performance down to the 3,000 rpm range for the 0T-20? or what?
