 The last 2 letters are the important part.  If that is a valid engine code 
then the Z would mean it is either a 1960-63 80hp or a 1964 95hp.  It could 
be a short or long stroke as well.  You are going to have to tear into it to 
get more information.  ie., measurements and visual inspections.

I got my information from "The Corvair Junkyard Primer" .  Available from 
Clark's Corvair.  About $10.
