Doc.  I conversed with William earlier this week, Wednesday I believe he had 
just returned from a trip up north and had been up for over 29 hours, said 
he needed to catch up on some sleep as you might imagine!  Anyway he 
answered my question and we bid  each other a Happy New Year---all is good 
with WW just super busy as usual!  Hope this helps, best to all and keep
