CorvAircraft> interpreting GM cam specs

Someone sent me the following spec's on a GM cam to compare with the 
OT-10.  He got this from a Corsa tech guide circa 1986. 

Does anyone know the algorithm to convert these numbers in the form of:  
intake valve open @ xx BTDC / closed@ yy  ABDC  etc.

"Cam specifications  are:  
with ramps       intake 70-110  lift .392 exhaust 110-70  lift .392  
without ramps  intake 58-86                  exhaust   98-46.

Always something more to learn!
