CorvAircraft> 2 1/16 inch hole the easy way

I cut the hole with a 2" hole saw and debured it.  The 2"automotive gauge slipped right in.  You might have to make a few passes around the hole with the debur tool, file or sandpaper to enlarge it slightly.  The flange on the gauge will mask any roughness left by the hole saw.  Keep in mind the material is only .025 inches thick on the 701 but this will work on thicker materialas well.
 
On my current project I have made some router templates for the pannel.  I will be able to cut the holes in a short time on the bench.
 
Try not to over think this one.  Not a big deal.  Good luck and remember to learn and have fun along the way!
