2006 Order of the Sleepless Knights 
We have about 45 people who made it to all 4 Jimmy Buffett Pre-Concert Parties that will be inducted into our “2006 Order of the Sleepless Knights!” We will have the drawing for the free concert tiks (for the next Tampa concert) at this upcoming meeting (we did not do it at the last one).  Also, if you made it in this group, please see Heidi at the meeting to get your picture.  
  
We have a meeting this Wednesday, December 6th.  Hope to see everyone there.

TBPH Club Holiday Party 
The TBPH Club Annual Holiday Party is THIS SATURDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 9TH!!  Don't Miss It!!! -- The festivities begin at 7:30p.m. at the Treasure Island Community Center.  Steel of the Night will be playing.  BYOB  and a dish to share (TBPH Club to provide turkey and ham), and either a canned/nonperishable food item, “unwrapped” child’s gift, or a pet gift for our charity (or if you're feeling really generous, you could bring all three!!!). FROM YOUR CHIEF OFFICER OF COMMUNITY EVENTS .  .  .
I would like to thank all of the Parrot Heads and family members and friends of Parrot Heads who volunteered to participate this year in all of our Cleanups.  It was hard work (July for sure) but we had plenty of fun along the way too.  The after Cleanup parties were great - thanks Kelley!   WaZoo and Zoofari came off without a hitch - another satisfied "customer."  The last Cleanup for 2006 was the Davis Islands Cleanup - part of the Mayor's Beautification Program - The Hillsborough River and Waterways Cleanup.  A special thanks to the hardy souls who came out the Saturday after the Buffett concert for the Davis Islands Cleanup. They truly are members of the Order of the Sleepless Knights!  I will let you know of the upcoming Community Events for 2007.  Stay tuned for the e-mail blasts. 
  
p.s. Hey, here's an idea! Why don't we have a pre-Super Bowl Cleanup and PARTY on Saturday February 3, 2007 - the day before the Super Bowl!  It would be at our most normal Cleanup sight on Parrot Head Island.  Questions? Suggestions? e-mail dolphin96 at verizon.net or call 727-543-6548!! 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MEMBERSHIP!! 
All November and December renewals should have been received by now.  PLEASE REMEMBER ---- We would greatly appreciate receiving your renewals before 12/31/06!!  This is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that we have an accurate account of members-in-good-standing and to be sure ALL members are accounted for in our year end report to PHIP.  Only members paid through 12/31 will be included in our total.  Thank you!

PHOTO SCANNING VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! 
We are in the process of putting all of our old photos on the web site.  To do this we need to scan them and put them on CDs.  There are a lot of photos and we could use your help.  If you can help scan some photos, please see Heidi Ho.

2007 Tampa Bay PHC CRUISE!!!!!!!!!
Make no mistaica - we're going to Jamaica!  Cruise with the Tampa Bay Parrot Heads April 28, 2007 on Carnival's Imagination.  The ship leaves for a 5-night cruise from the Port of Miami on Saturday, April 28th and returns on Thursday, May 3rd.  The first stop is Grand Cayman, the second stop is Ocho Rios Jamaica (yes, there is a Margaritaville there!).  The cost of the cruise including port charges and tax is $449.11 for an inside cabin and $509.11 for an outside cabin.  A $50 deposit per person is due as soon as possible, a payment of $150 is due in December and the balance is due by February 25th.  All deposits and money paid is fully refundable up to 2/25.
