IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MEMBERSHIP!!
The November and December renewal notices are on the way. We would greatly appreciate receiving your renewals before 12/31/06!! This is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that we have an accurate account of members-in-good-standing and to be sure ALL members are accounted for in our year end report to PHIP. Only members paid through 12/31 will be included in our total. Thank you!

Calendar
The November-December Calendar is out! Pick up your copy at the Welcome Table at Storman's and keep it handy so you don't miss out on the many events scheduled during this busiest part of the year.

PHOTO SCANNING VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!
We are in the process of putting all of our old photos on the web site. To do this we need to scan them and put them on CDs. There are a lot of photos and we could use your help. If you can help scan some photos, please see Heidi Ho.

HELP WANTED - Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is looking for volunteers to help out at the Membership Table during meetings. Needed are 2-3 people to work as a team at every third meeting from 6ish to 8:30ish (depending upon activity at the table).

We need outgoing, upbeat people who have a positive club attitude and who enjoy talking with new people. The routine is easy to learn and it’s a fun area to work. If the club has had a positive affect on your life and you can convey that feeling to new member wannabees, we’d love to talk with you.

If you’re interested you can either come to the membership area during the meeting and ask for Andy or Diane or email Diane at margherite at aol.com. Thanks!!
