READY TO CRUISE ??
The Tampa Bay Parrot Head Cruise is only three weeks away!!!  If you thought about going and haven't booked your cabin, now is definitely the time!!  The Carnival Imagination leaves from the Port of Miami on Saturday, April 28th and returns on Thursday, May 3rd. We’ll visit TWO MARGARITAVILLES – one in Grand Cayman, the other in Jamaica.  Prices are $464.69 for an outside cabin and $414.69 for an inside cabin, with payment due in full at the time of booking.  Call For Cruise Reservations at 813-854-5522 or 727-784-2110. 
 
If you are already booked for the cruise, Kelly needs needs to know your dining preference (early or late). If you would like to take the bus to Miami, Friday April 27th, the price is $65. NEXT CLEANUP OF PARROT HEAD ISLAND
Our next time to Cleeeeeean the beaches is Saturday, April 21st.  This is also the date for Annual Great American Cleanup AND it is a "t-shirt event." If you need community service hours for your school, job, or professional license, this clean up is a great opportunity to receive a certification for Community Service hours. There will be sign up sheets at the club meetings. You can also contact David, our Chief Officer of Community Events by e-mail - dolphin96 at verizon.net or phone 727-543-6548 or 727-734-8263 to sign up. 
 
SAVE THE DATE -- PIG ROAST !!!! PIG ROAST !!!
Come join us at Kahuna's for our Annual Pig Roast Saturday, May 12th.  Flip Flop Dave and Tropical Brain Freeze will entertain us at this great Tampa Bay Parrot Head Club event.  Tickets will be on sale starting this meeting Tuesday, March 6th or will be available at Kahuna's.

PHreds Parrot Head Profile page is up and running. Want to know more about club members? Want members to know more about you? Check out your new fellow parrot heads profiles as well as the old ones... Now its easier then ever to submit YOUR profile!! Just click the submit profile bar on the page and fill in the blanks...its as easy as making a rum and coke..then Phred will email you for a picture to attach.. BUT... you must be a member of the TBPHC and of good standing (dues paid) to have your profile posted.

PHOTO MEMORIES -- SCANNERS NEEDED!
Have you noticed how great the club pictures look? Heidi Ho has been working hard to get club photos on the Web. The "Ancient Stuff" pictures are now up and running - check it out!  She is still working on getting thousands more posted, and could still use your help.  If you have a scanner and are willing to take some old photos and put them on CD's, please see Heidi at any meeting for details on how you can help. Also, when you check out out the photos, if you see any errors in the dates or events, please email Heidi . A big thanks to those who have helped and continue to help with this project.  Enjoy the photos and the memories !!!
 
AND -- how about the photos on the TVs at 420 Park Place?  Many of these pictures were donated by members. Anyone interested in enjoying the photo memories…and entertaining the Club on the 420 TV’s, please provide Photo CD’s to Loni Vroom, all Parrot Head Events Are Welcome!

Parrot Head Friends had a great time together cleeaning the beaches and enjoying Cheeseburgers in Paradise at the last raft up March 24th on Beer Can Island. Are you thinking of attending MOTM? Registration is almost full and it is time to register before it is to late. Registration is $75.00 per person, not per couple. ABOUT 420 PARK PLACE...
For newcomers, or if you haven't been to a meeting for a while -- here are the driving directions. 420 Park Plce is located just north of Route 60 (Gulf to Bay) across from the Clearwater Mall entrance. There is a light at the Target Store sign in the Clearwater Mall entrance and the road on the north side of Gulf to Bay is Park Place.  Turn down that road and you will see 420 Park Place a little down on your left.  You can park in that lot or across the street on the north side.
