NEW MEETING HOME AND DAY!
The Tampa Bay Parrot Head Club is changing homes and meeting days.  Beginning the first TUESDAY in February, we will be meeting at 420 Park Place Night Club and Lounge - http://www.420parkplace.com/ - 727-796-7867.  This is the name and the address of the new location.  It is located just off Gulf to Bay across from the Clearwater Mall entrance.  There is a light at the Clearwater Mall entrance and the road on the north side of Gulf to Bay is Park Place.  Turn down that road and you will see 420 Park Place a little down on your left.
 
We realize changing the meeting day from Wednesday to Tuesday will cause a few hassles and we hope everyone can change their schedules as soon as possible.  After a lot of research and work by many of your TPBH Fruitcake Advisory Board, we are convinced that 420 Park Place is the best place for the new home of the Tampa Bay Parrot Head Club.  I especially want to thank Doc Susan and Jesse for finding our new home.  I would also like to thank McGill, NanaBabe, Dave, Kelley and Charlotte for also helping, as well as all of you who sent in suggestions for our new home.  Finally, make sure you say hi to Frank who is one of the owners of 420 Park Place and will be at each meeting making sure everything goes great.
 
We hope to see everyone at the first meeting on Tuesday, February 6th.  Then mark your calendars for the 1st and 3rd TUESDAYS of every month as our official meeting days.
 
The folks at 420 Park Place are real excited about making our new home the best home we have ever had.  There will be a great buffet, drink specials and all of the fun and more that goes into a Tampa Bay Parrot Head Club meeting.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WEAR YOUR NAME BADGES (OR GET A NEW ONE AT THE MEETNG) IF YOU WISH TO HAVE THE FREE BUFFETT – PLUS YOU SHOULD BE WEARING IT ANYWAY. We will see ya next Tuesday. Bring your friends.  
 
THIS SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD -- PRE-SUPERBOWL BEACH CLEANUP & PARTY
Time once again to CLEEEEEEEEEAN THE BEACHES !!!  We’ll meet starting at 9 a.m. for team assignments, and the cleanup begins between 9:30 a.m – 10:00 a.m. We will meet at the usual location in the parking lot at Whiskey Joe's - off Rocky Point Road (south) at the east end of the Courtney Campbell Causeway (There may be some construction going on there.  We will send another e-mail if we have to change this).  If you have not yet signed up, then please, please contact David, Our Chief Officer of Community Events, by e-mail at dolphin96 at verizon.net or call 727-734-8263.  Kelley has set up the after clean-up party at the Banana Boat. This is our first community project of the year boys and girls and we hope to see everyone out there!!!
