Alohaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Tampa Bay Parrot Heads!!

Did it really happen, was I really there?? Was I really there with you?? 

Oh yes, we were there and what a GREAT time we all had!!? An absolutely phenomenal weekend!? I'm only sorry it went by so fast and that some of you missed it!

I'd like to take a moment?to say a few thank you's that I never got around to last night from the stage.? Without these folks, our weekend could not have been the overwhelming success it was. 

First, I have to thank my daughter Rachel for chairing the Silent Auction and for always working very hard right beside me?as well as my husband David.?Their assistance and support are key to me being able to do what I do.? 

McGill is absolutely isdispensible!?Without her contacts and unbelievable organizational skills, I can't imagine what we would have done.

Wanda and her?crew did a fantastic job of turning the Conference Room into a Bon Voyage party.? 

Diane, Gail, JudyJudy, JayBird, BikerDude Steve, Mimi, Captain Jack, Charlotte, Loni, Peggy, Joanie and Mikeeeeeeeeeeeee all were very instrumental in creating Captain Harry's Big Ass Retirement Party and the TBPH Lucky 13 Birthday Party.? Buy them a drink next time you see them, they all deserve it! 

John Frinzi, FlipFlop Dave, Jack Mosley and the Conch Critters, THANK YOU for providing us with the fantastic music.? 

To Holiday Inn Harbourside, JimmyGuana's, Jim Hanigan: many many thanks for everything!

Special thanks to the?donors and those of you who dug into their pockets for the Save Our Seabirds silent auction on Friday night.? We raised $5000 at the auction, $320 from the 50/50 raffle and another $150 from the photo booth! 

I'm sure I've forgotten somebody, it wasn't intentional and please forgive me, but know that you are deeply appreciated!!!?? I'll probably smack myself in the forehead as soon as I hit "send" because I'll remember someone!

Tampa Bay Parrot Heads : I am honored to be given the opportunity to guide you along on the next leg of this voyage.? So come along, let's have some fun, though there is always hard work to be done, we'll keep it well-stocked with short stories and long laughs.
