 Bay Parrot Heads!  



 



You asked for it, you got it … we are going back to
WEDNESDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!



 



We are going to begin meeting on the first, third and
fifth-when-it-happens WEDNESDAYS beginning with the NEXT meeting, March
19!!  We will remain at Kahuna’s for now,
and it just tickles me pink.  Jim Kenrick
has been one of our members for many years and throws unforgettable parties for
us. Kahuna’s is as Parrot Head friendly as it gets and has Parrot Head style
like no other without actually being ON the water.



 



We know we can’t please all the people all the time, but
we’ve got the opportunity to please all the people MOST of the time with this
move. When the weather is here, we’ll meet outside in the fresh air.  When we’re trying to reason with Hurricane Season or
feeling HOT HOT HOT, we’ll meet in the shelter of the air-conditioned bar.



 



We’ll have that free buffet that many of you desire, as long
as you are a CURRENT member. We’ll have the ability to order individually off
the menu for those who prefer that. We’ll have special drink prices, our videos
on the screens, and live music as often as we can.  There’s plenty of paved parking in the lot to
the east of the building (the old driving range parking lot) AND it is
centrally located to more of our members than any of the other places we’ve
looked at, after having a demographics study done. 



 



I see it as a win-win situation and we are going to give it
a shot and see how we like it.  



 



Our first oPHicial meeting ON WEDNESDAY at KAHUNA’S will be
MARCH 19, and your First Mate, Biker Steve, suggested we do something to make
it a special event. It just so happened that Trop-Rock artist Joe Bennett was
standing there and volunteered to play for us. 
So we’ll have LIVE MUSIC once again for our meeting!



 



So … mark your calendars, rearrange your poker night, pack up the babies and grab the old ladies ... oh wait, wrong singer! ...  and get your Hump Days back to the way they should be … spent
with the Tampa Bay Parrot Heads!
