Meeting of the Minds 2014 Registration is OVER!!! But WAIT....Did you forget to register?



 

















         
Meeting of the Minds 2014 registration has closed! Did you miss the deadline? Were you on island time or holiday? Did something change where all of the sudden you found yourself in a position to join your PHriends at the end of the road and you are not registered? Last year there were many emails from people who wanted to register to attend the event but registration had closed…the email is already coming in for MOTM 2014! 


 
Why do we have a deadline on MOTM registration? Because we have to order so many things that take weeks to produce and deliver to Key West. T-shirts, gift bag items, lanyards, credentials, on and on…for many years we have wanted to offer the ability to join the party on-site but we have only recently decided to setup a way to help those who have a need to attend our private party which is ONLY for registered Parrot Head Club members. All that said here is the way if needed to attend MOTM 2014 BY REGISTERING ON-SITE! First you MUST be a Parrot Head Club member to attend MOTM. You know we verify
 EVERY club member who attends every year. This is also an IRS requirement. When we are in Key West we DO NOT have the ability to verify your membership. We verified everyone who registered in advance from home via your club leadership. STEP ONE. Join the Virtual Parrot Head Club in the MOTM on-site registration line. Fill out the form, the cost is $30.00. STEP TWO. Complete a MOTM registration form. Cost $90.00. You pay what everyone else does for days of great music and PHun. You will not get a free event
 t-shirt or gift bag when you register on-site. Remember we had to order that stuff in September and you missed the deadline. STEP THREE Pay a $30.00 late registration fee. Why? Because we want you to register before the deadline so we can prepare everything for you in advance. We don’t want you to register late…this is only to help people who have a situation that did not allow a regular registration during the year. The cost to attend MOTM via late registration is $150.00 on-site. You will walk away with a personalized credential and wristband that allows you to attend all events at the Casa Marina and even ride the shuttle all over the island during the event.  Remember there is no free event shirt or gift bag with on-site registration but by using this process you are ready to join your PHriends at the Casa Marina and see the show!!    If you want to register on site be sure to show up during regular registration hours as there are NO exceptions to these hours. We have an awesome registration crew that are all-volunteer and they need to enjoy MOTM too! On-site registration is during the normal registration hours of Thursday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon), as
 well as 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Remember you will be registering up front at the Casa Marina this year in the ballroom beside the lobby. No one will be able to enter the Casa Marina without a credential and wristband during MOTM when registration starts on Thursday morning. 

   $150.00 cash or credit card will be accepted for registration on-site during the hours listed above. Once again, After you register you will have everything you need to attend the entire event, ride the Parrot Head shuttle around Key West from the Casa Marina, and enjoy a membership in the Virtual Parrot Head Club for the balance of
 2014. There are no exceptions to this process as this is just to help folks who need to use this method of registration. So for all the folks we could not help last year with on-site registration, we heard you. This one is for YOU. See you in Key West! 
     
     
                
    The Casa Marina has just had two room cancellations due to some reservations adjustments.  If you want a room at the Casa you can go grab them now! If you are at the Reach and have not already requested to move over you can do that too if you like!  Call 305-296-3535 and use the Parrot Head booking code ZZPAR6. Click the Casa image to book online. If the screen shows sold out be sure to contact the Casa via phone during weekdays to double check availability.
