 It’s time for a Phabulous meting at Whiskey Joe’s, 6:30pm, Wednesday, August 19. 
 
We’d like to see some Tail feathers in the  bar stools – Soooooooooooo come on out!!!
 
Wear you Lanyard (name badge) it's required for buffet. Summer months and parking is at a premium – arrive early, stay late!
 
Please note that we are collecting Chinese Auction and Silent Auction items/baskets for 21st Birthday Bash.  Please bring to meetings through 9/2/15 and see Sharon.

Kayaks and Canoes encouraged.
 
Joe Sound on the inner coastal waterway, NW of Dunedin Marina.... Boat Ramps:
 
• Dunedin Municipal Marina; $5.00 paid to the Dock Master Office.
 
• Clearwater Seminole St. FREE to launch, $6 
 
to park.
 
WHAT TO BRING: EVERYTHING!! This is to be a BYOE picnic outing on an undeveloped island that lets you share as you wish. Nothing will be provided except a chance to have A LOT OF PHUN! We will NOT have tables, grills, and tents provided - so bring what you need to be comfortable but please keep it simple (i.e., cooler, chair, picnic lunch, drinks, umbrella, sunscreen, beach shoes, AND your personal garbage bag).
 
CAPTAINS: Please email Capt Dave (your pirate host) at CaptDaveLand at gmail.com. Let me know you if you are bringing a boat and have room for Landlubber’s/
 
will attend and your willingness to be a shuttle for the “boatless.”
 
Landlubber’s: (those TBPH members without a boat/watercraft or seat aboard one of the Captains boats).
 
Please contact a Captain to secure a ride to and from the island. A list of willing Captains will be emailed prior to the event. Email Capt Dave [CaptDaveLand at gmail.com] if unable to secure a spot. Space is Limited.
 
FYI Note: there is no “head” (bathroom) on island...

Friday September 11th  – Red, White & Blue night to honor First Responders.
 
Registration - 5-8pm – (get your wrist band & 21st birthday pin) 
 
Chinese Raffle – 5-8pm – benefits Clearwater Marine Aquarium
 
Trop Rock Junkies – Jimmy Guana’s (6-10pm)
 
Chinese Raffle winners  - drawn at 9pm 
 
Saturday September 12th   Wrist band required. No coolers, glass or outside drinks at pool area
 
Registration – 11:30am-1:30pm at bottom of stairs outside pool area – (get your wrist band & 21st birthday pin )
 
Pool Party – Key West Conference Center Pool – Rich Schooner McGuire - 12-4pm. Pool games – air guitar contest/cardboard and duct tape race and many others!!!!  
 
Evening Event
 
Theme  – Tampa Bay Looks at 21– Pirate theme. Please be sure all of your naughty bits are covered. Prize for most creative outfit. Dress attire for those that do not want to wear a costume is Parrot Head attire. 
 
Dinner Buffet (included in your registration) served at 5-6:30pm at Sandpiper & Pelican Rooms
 
Registration 7-9pm in Key West Conference room. Door DO NOT open until 7pm. 
 
Silent Auction: 7-9pm in Key West Conference Center (back of room next to bar) benefits Tampa Bay Watch.  Bring your debit/credit cards, checkbooks, or cash we have some great items to bid on.
