Time for a PHntastic Bar Stroll!!!

We’re doing a grass skirt and coconut bra Bar Stroll! Also, concert tailgate dress.
 Wear your lanyard/name badge
Let's stand out!

Registration for the Phun Philled weekend will be Friday night from
6-7:30pm at the Quality Inn and Suites Pool area. Pick up your wrist bands and (if you have not already), you will pay for the Poker Run, mixology contest and to participate and be a judge in the mixology/progressive bar stroll and shuttle. PLEASE pay for shuttle - do not drink and drive.

Mixology will begin at 8pm to give everyone time to arrive after work. We’ll have a layout for mixology on hand.

Pool Party all day Saturday.
Breakfast at restaurant
Please clean-up after yourself at the pool area!!!!!

Information on the 19th Annual TBPH Bar Stroll (8/18-8/20/23), New Port Richey...

Mixology/Progressive Bar Stroll Contest - Friday - $10 for each room entry and $10 per person that wants to partake of the progressive bar stroll and vote on the best mixologist.

How does this work? There will be 10 rooms or more that will be serving their specialty drink. To be part of the progressive bar stroll from 8-10pm and to judge the mixology ($10 per entry) contest, the cost is $10. You will be given 10 tickets at registration (or more depending on participants) for selecting the mixology winner.
Winner wins 50% of money collected for mixology contest or can donate it back to USF Endowment for Marine Sciences.

Poker Run - Saturday night - $15 per person – Cards MUST be picked up at each of the scheduled bars.

How does this work? You will receive 1 card starting at the Quality lnn pool area at 5:30pm and you will get a card at each of the bar stops and two at Bourbon on Main. You will have a total of 5 cards. There will be a dealer at each if the areas/bars to give you your card. Winner will be announced by the Judge. You will receive a special wrist band at registration for the Poker Run.
 Winner wins gets 50% of money collected or can donate it back to USF Endowment for Marine Sciences.

$20 per person for the shuttle – wristband required
Saturday night…
Put on your lanyard/name badge, grass skirts & Tropical attire to get ready to party!

Saturday, 8/18—PHintastic Bar Stroll / Poker Run (sign-up $15) Quality Inn and Suites – Registration from 4-5:30pm at Quality Inn pool area to get wrist band & register for Poker Run and shuttle
Bars are within walking distance once when we get to Main Street

Shuttle back to the hotel from Sullivan’s.
Last shuttle is at 10:45pm.
Meet in the sitting area outside the pool at 11 to determine the winner of the Poker Run
The pool closes at 10pm, so we need to be VERY, VERY quiet.

No Coolers or Glass allowed at the Quality Inn and Suites pool area. You can discreetly bring a drink out. Please buy a drink or two – their prices are great!

Shuttle runs 6-11pm
Shuttle will pick us up at the Quality Inn and Suites starting at 6pm and take us to Bourbon on Main.

Shuttle holds 39 passengers, so it can make 2 pick-ups from hotel and each bar.

LAST shuttle leaves Sullivan’s Boulevard Tavern at 1045pm.

If you miss the shuttle, you are on your own!
