Tampa Bay Parrot heads 20^th Birthday Bash Schedule

September 12-14, 2014

 

Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Tampa Bay Watch are our charities for Friday night and Saturday night, respectively. Friday night there will be a Chinese Raffle and Saturday night a Silent Auction. Bring your credit/debit cards, cash or check books!!!!!

 

Check in – decorate your door/window for contest. Winner will be announced at the Saturday night event.

 

Please note: No coolers, glass or outside drinks at events or pool

Wrist band required.

 

Friday September 12^th  –

Registration  - 5-8pm –  (get your wrist band & 20^th birthday pin)

Chinese Raffle – 5-8pm – benefits Clearwater Marine Aquarium

De Lei'ed Parrots – Jimmy Guana’s (6-10pm)

Special weekend pricing: $4 Capt Morgan, $3.50 Corona Light, LandShark & Corona, $4 well Margaritas

Jimmy Guana’s has a Friday Fish Fry “all you can eat” special for $13.95 and a PHabulous menu to choose great eats

Chinese Raffle winners  - drawn at 9pm

 

Saturday September 13^th   Wrist band required. No coolers, glass or outside drinks

Registration – 11:30am-1:30pm at bottom of stairs outside pool area –  (get your wrist band & 20^th birthday pin )

Pool Party – Key West Conference Center Pool – Rich Schooner McGuire - 12-4pm. Pool games – synchronized swimming/cardboard and duct tape race and many others!!!!  

Food: $3 hotdogs, $4 hamburger or chicken sandwich, and chips $1

Special weekend pricing: $4 Capt Morgan, $3.50 Corona Light, LandShark & Corona (no bottles), $4 well Margaritas

 

Evening Event

Theme  – Conky Tonkin – Caribbean Cowboys/Cowgirls. Get creative - Parrot Head style…think concert or tailgate attire. Please be sure all of your naughty bits are covered. Prize for most creative outfit. Dress attire for those that do not want to wear a costume is Parrot Head attire.

 

Dinner Buffet (included in your registration) served at 5-6:30pm at Sandpiper & Pelican Rooms

Silent Auction: PLEASE WAIT TIL 7pm TO REVIEW SILENT AUCTION ITEMS.

7-9pm in Key West Conference Center (back of room next to bar) benefits Tampa Bay Watch.  Bring your debit/credit cards, checkbooks, or cash we have some great items to bid on.
