the 8th
One Particular Charlotte Harbor Birthday Celebration over Labor weekend, if
you would be so kind as to share with your members. And this year it doesn’t
involve a month end, for those of you who had to work in years past!! Our brand
new website it up and running and looks fantabulous if I say so myself, and
anyone and everyone can register there or print out the form and mail a check.

The
Charlotte Harbor
Parrot Head Club is celebrating our 8th
Birthday over Labor Day weekend, September
4th-6th. We will be holding the entire party at The Days Inn Port Charlotte,
including our Songwriters event on Sunday. Don’t forget your chairs, fans and
sunscreen!!
Cost
is $55 per CHPHC Member, $65 for NON-CHPHC
members.
This
year we are having Tervis
Tumblers. $15
or $20 depending on the size and style. We will have the BDP logo in it if
we get enough orders, otherwise it will be the CHPHC logo (see below for
clarifications)

will have our fantabulous pool party, the now famous jello shot contest and
maybe a few surprises. Food truck will be available on site. Lunch will be
provided on Saturday. And the coolest event in the world…our Sunday Songwriters
Showcase. Details will be provided in e-mails as people register.

8th Birthday Party Tervis
Tumblers***
Hey
Parrotheads, when registering for our most fabulous birthday party you have the
option of ordering the Tervis Tumbler of your choice, but apparently there was a
little confusion on sizes and logos.
First
off, some people were confused on the sizes, so we suggest
that you go to www.tervis.com and click on Products to
see what the different sizes look like. We are offering the
following:
$15
per - Tervis Tumbler: 12oz _____ 16oz _____
$20 per –
Tervis Tumbler: 24oz _____
Mug 16oz _____ Wine
Goblet 16oz _____
Secondly, we are going to try and get the 8th BDP logo on them, but this is dependent upon
the number of glasses ordered, as there is a minimum of 100 for the custom
logo. If we get to at least 75 or so we
will do the order, and then everyone gets what they ordered. We will then sell
the balance during the weekend at the mini-mart. If we fall short of the minimum
we are giving you the option of agreeing to get the tumbler size of your choice,
but with the
regular club logo instead of the BDP logo (we are going to purchase some of
these anyway as our mini-mart is completely out). There is a disclaimer on the
registration form asking you to agree or disagree. If you choose NO then we will
not order you a tumbler if we do not get the BDP logo, and will refund your
money instead. Here is how it reads on the form:
Please READ and acknowledge: we
are going to try and get the 8th Birthday Party
logo on the tumblers, but we must get approximately 100 orders to do so. If we
do not get enough for the BDP logo are you good with having a tumbler with the
regular CHPHC logo? Yes

you pick NO we will not order your product and will refund your

Lastly, we have a cut
off of July 17th if you want to order a
tumbler as they require a six week lead time to guarantee delivery by our party
weekend, therefore you will have the June & July meetings to register and
request a tumbler(s). If
you already registered you may add on tumblers if you would like. Again,
there *may* be BDP tumblers to purchase at the party, but if you want a specific
size it is highly suggested that you order in advance!!
