2nd ANNUAL MUSIC ON THE VINE (MOTV) Trop Rock Festival featuring four top acts and helps benefit the Trident House for Navy Seals.

Endless Summer Vineyard & Winery announces their 2nd ANNUAL MUSIC ON THE VINE (MOTV) Tropical Rock Music Fest, Saturday November 21rd from 11am-7pm. The celebration of a day of Trop Rock music is in honor of Jimmy Buffett's move to Key West from Nashville, in November of 1970, and the beginning of a unique Florida music genre that celebrates all things sand, sun, surf and salt.

If you are not familiar with the term; Trop Rock is a fairly recent genre of music that is growing in popularity and incorporates elements and influences of rock and roll, reggae, country, Caribbean, Calypso and zydeco music, with themes and musical compositions inspired by a sun, sand, surf and island lifestyle. Trop Rock Festivals are popping up all over the country with some of the biggest being Music on The Bay in Tampa and the Meeting of the Minds in the Keys. "Now we have one right here on the Treasure Coast known as Music on the Vine (MOTV)", says Endless Summer owner Gary Roberts.

This year's MOTV event is a Who's Who of Trop Rock music. Headlining the day is one of the movement's premier Trop Rock bands: The Eric Stone Band from Marathon, Florida. Eric was the featured artist in the May edition of Phlockers Magazine, a new magazine dedicated to the lifestyle and music events of Trop Rock and Parrot Head fans. Eric has called his music Nautical American, and in addition to being well-known in the states, he enjoys celebrity status at many of the Virgin Islands most famous music venues, such as Latitude 18, Foxy's, Corsairs, Myett's, Sidney's Peace and Love, Bomba's Shack, and many other boater-loving bars. Eric has over 12 CD's to his credit, with at least one song selling over 100,000 copies and has played to crowds of over 85,000.

Also on the play bill are Rob Mehl, "Sunny Jim" White and The Highway One Band. Rob Mehl grew up surfing in Southern California and Hawaii. He says the lifestyle has influenced his music and defined his sound and creates a feel good show that is "splashin' with passion". "Sunny Jim" White also grew up in Southern California, and like Buffett, after a stint in Nashville headed south to the pristine clear waters of the Tropic, before settling down in Sarasota in 2000. With over 10 CD's to his credit, his fans enjoy songs that tell stories of life in the Caribbean and the tropical sunshine. Known affectionately as "Sunny", Jim is a mainstay at many of the biggest Trop Rock events around. Finally, the 2015 Live Entertainer of the Year Award winners, Melbourne's own, the Highway One Band are back for the second year with their leader Joel Thomas handling the emcee duties for the day. This is a special day for all the music acts too, as they are all friends, and the grand finally will be a rare and special jam by all artists and something no one will want to miss. And if that's not enough, the next day (November 22nd) is Endless Summer's  Mango-ritaville Sunday from 1-5pm, with the Mango Brothers Band from Merritt Island keeping the Trop Rock spirit going for a second day.

To add to the Tropical music vibe Chef Anthony will be sure to have his craft Burgers including a special Cheeseburger in Paradise with lettuce, tomato, Heinz 57, French fried potatoes, and of course an onion slice and American cheese among many other offerings. In addition to Chef Anthony offerings, Good Eats and Sweet Treats Food trailer will also be on hand with their unique American Thai fusion fare spotlighting seafood and classic desserts. If you scream for Ice Cream, Scoop Coop Ice Cream truck will be on hand to satisfy, as well. Endless Summer will add to the spirit with beverage specials like Wine Sangria Slushees, Wine Margaritas, Landshark and other Florida and Caribbean beers, and Come Sunday Mimosas, in addition to all their regular beverage offerings.

This is a Rain or Shine event, with other fun things to do besides listening to great music all day, like awine tasting in the winery tasting room and browsing the unique gift shop, and games like; 9 hole disc golf course through the vineyard, giant lawn chess and giant jenga, several corn hole games, hula hoops and more.
