Are
you packing for Key West? It is almost time to
head south to the warm tropical breezes! The
24th Annual Meeting of the Minds is
going to be another AWESOME PARTY! Maybe even
one of the best ever! All we need is YOU! Even
now things are still being worked on to add to
the event that are not yet announced. All of the
Meeting of the Minds artists and a bunch of us
volunteers are already running on adrenalin! It
is going to be another great time at the Casa
Marina for “A Salty Piece of Land.”

/ KIRBY / MAYER LIVE RECORDING AT MOTM
If
you haven’t heard by now, you will be a part of
another MOTM live recording on Saturday! The
Mayer/Kirby/Mayer set will be recorded on
Saturday November 7th and YOU will be able to
own it after the show! The cd cover art is in
the photo above! More details to follow but
heads up! Don’t miss this segment on
Saturday!

REMINDER FOR THURSDAY REGISTRATION AT
MOTM
Don’t
forget we are expecting a large crowd on
Thursday for registration. CREDENTIALS ARE
REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES AFTER WEDNESDAY AT THE
CASA MARINA. Doors will open at 9:00 AM and the
registration ballroom will close promptly at
7:00 PM. You must be in the room by 7:00 as our
plan is “lights out” in registration by 7:30 PM
to release all of our hard working volunteers to
go enjoy MOTM!
There
are NO EXCEPTIONS to this time as our volunteers
need to enjoy the show! Here are a few helpful
MOTM guidelines and some notes about on-site
registration. Remember Meeting of the Minds is a
PRIVATE PARTY for REGISTERED PARROT HEAD CLUB
MEMBERS. This is our annual convention!
