[MCOH-EH] Charging for MMR titers

We do not charge for doing the titers for our new hires or existing employees. Although, we have thought about when we do titers on a new employee and they only work less than one month should we seek reimbursement? I am not sure how that would be done but it is frustrating that after absorbing the cost they are gone and sometimes even requests their results to go with them which we freely give them. Does anyone else have this problem?

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Charging for MMR titers

We are seeing an increase in the costs for performing MMR titers. If a new hire employee is unable to provide proof of vaccination for MMR, do you charge for performing titers? If the employee needs the vaccine, do you charge for it?

Thanks,
