I think Tom Winters, MD at Harvard would be a good resource on this.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Intravesical BCG exposure

I am wondering if anyone has information about when it is necessary to provide postexposure prophylaxis for healthcare worker exposure to BCG used for intravesical therapy instillation?

What is considered an exposure and what Is the recommended prophylaxis?

Appreciate any resources.
