We perform annual TBQ and obtain a CXR if there are yes responses. 
On pre-employment we obtain a CXR if one has not been performed within 5 years.

How often are you sending employees with LTBI and no Rx for CXR screening (q 3 years, q 5 years, etc.) and what evidence/guidelines are you basing these intervals on?
