Interested in this as well but for disasters.  We treat volunteers of hospitals here as if  employees normally  for onboarding and annual TB testing, flu shots, etc. Warner

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Hospital volunteer heatlh records

Does anyone know of any Joint Commission Standards about maintaining hospital volunteer worker’s health records? Are they maintained and stored by Employee Health, or the Director of Volunteer Services, who is a non-clinical person?

Thanks!
