We only have a few volunteers in our clinic system and the area that runs this program monitors all the volunteers for compliance with our requirements and keep their records. The hospital we own has a large
volunteer force. We have a separate records folder that runs through our EHS program for this group. Our EHS nurse for the hospital provides things like TB testing and vaccinations for this group.

We do the intake and forward all the information to Volunteer Service. They must have proof in the volunteer file, so why keep two sets of records? That way Volunteer Service knows
when the 2 step TST is done, and they have a vaccine record.
