“If an employee is unable to provide proof of vaccination for MMR, we vaccinate them.”

That is what we have been doing also. Unless there is a reason they cannot get vaccinated; pregnancy, immune compromised, religious, etc. But that is extremely rare. We do pay for the few titers that we draw.
