Subject: [MCOH-EH] Eye Exams for Employees working with Laser Procedures

Does anyone have a policy related to surveillance of eye damage due to laser procedures? We are scheduled to start up a clinic which will be using several different types of laser procedures.  I have reviewed the NSI standards and know that we need to get a baseline eye exam to establish visual performance and to identify those at special risk primarily dermatologic issues.  Do you repeat the eye exams annually for the employees as a screening? Thanks
