Hello everyone,
This year for those individuals that decline seasonal flu vaccine a red sticker will be placed on the badge to indicate that they need to mask in patient care areas when they will be within 6 feet of patients. We have decided that this will help enforce the masking policy for our facility.

For centers with a mandatory flu vaccine policy, what do you do with those who get an exemption: Nothing, badge sticker to delineate unvaccinated personnel, mandatory mask, anything else?
