Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC) is an award winning, comprehensive regional healthcare system based in Hyannis, Massachusetts.  With more than 400 physicians, 4,000 employees, and 1,000 volunteers, CCHC operates two acute care hospitals, the largest home health services agency on the Cape, skilled nursing home facilities, an assisted living facility and numerous health programs.  

We are currently seeking a dedicated NP or PA to join our Occupational Health team. The purpose of this position is to assist in the promotion, protection and preservation of the health of CCHC employees by providing consistent, coordinated occupational health services to workers throughout CCHC entities and affiliates.

We are looking for a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, with three to five years of progressive responsibility in the evaluation, diagnosis, care and management of medical injuries and illnesses.  Three to five years of occupational medicine experience with a basic knowledge of workers’ comp, OSHA, ADA and DPH regulations is desirable.  Sound basic knowledge of injury management, body fluid post-exposure management protocols, common immunization practices, and TB screening is desirable. 

Requirements: Basic life support certification, DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration, Current Massachusetts Nurse’s licensure in advanced practice or current Massachusetts Board of Physician Assistant licensure plus current NCCPA certification.
