All of our immunizations including influenza are mandatory – the exceptions are Tdap – strongly recommended and pushed but they may sign a declination. The other exceptions are Hep B – they can sign a declination and a pregnant employee with low varicella or MMR titers – immunization is waived for duration of pregnancy then becomes mandatory.

MMR and Tb are mandatory- all others are voluntary, but require signature of declination and reason as medical or religious. If the employee declines a flu shot, they are required to mask while in patient care.
