We do not. We do post offer and reasonable suspicion at UCLA Health System.  There are a few regulated CDL drivers the UCLA department of transportation manages but that is under DOT regs.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Random & Post-accident testing

Does anyone perform random and/or post-accident testing for their hospital employees?  Do you use a third party or utilize your Employee/Occupational Health department?  If you considered this but decided against it, what was your rationale?

If you do random, post-accident testing, would you consider sharing your policy?

Thank you!
