We have about 30 off site locations and all on-boarding is completed at occ health. Their annual requirements and flu vaccines are completed at the off-site location and data maintained by occ health.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Off site Employee Health Annual Medical Clearance
As are many, our hospital system is expanding into the community. We are a system of about 6000 employees. We are assuming ownership of remote primary care offices as well as obtaining business spaces for our SBO, and financial service,
education, and system administrators and representatives to conduct their daily business. I would like to know how larger hospital systems policies speak to providing annual health assessments, ppd screenings, and influenza vaccinations at these off site places
of business.
