We offer the Tdap but you can decline it unless you work with children and then you have to take it.
As for the Bitrex or Saccharin I have not had an employee decline a fit test during pregnancy. I have had them tell me they could not take a TB test and their OB writes them a note to defer it.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Tdap as condition of employment?
Do any of your institutions require Tdap at time of hire as a condition of employment? HR is revisiting some policies and would like to know.
Also, do you postpone N95 fit testing using Bitrex for pregnancy? We have a recent refusal by a pregnant woman due to the knowledge that INGESTED saccharin
crosses the placenta. I cannot find any documentation about INHALED dilution of saccharin and pregnancy.
