We have a 7 page policy on dress code and personal appearance. The relevant item to your question is:

"4.7 No cosmetic facial enhancements/decorations such as:

4.7.1 Specialized contacts to change the appearance of the eye

4.7.2 Dental jewelry or tattoos/adornments to teeth"

(False eyelashes will be considered cosmetic facial enhancement)
