Cape Cod Healthcare  is currently seeking a dedicated Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to join our team.  The incumbent in this four day a week position is responsible for providing high quality case management services for Cape Cod Healthcare employees in an appropriate, cost effective manner, and for ensuring a systematic approach to the coordination of medical services, return to work planning and improved clinical outcomes. The incumbent will work closely with the Director of Occupational Health Services and a talented team of professionals.

 

Education/Training/Experience:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Certification in Occupational Health and Case Management preferred.

Maintains current education and awareness of technical and professional changes associated with Occupational Health and Case Management nursing.

Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by a positive attitude, pleasant, professional and cooperative demeanor

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and effectively

Familiarity with Division of Industrial Accidents, OSHA and other applicable regulations desirable

Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel
