Same rationale at my organization as Dr. Hudson’s. Also, UDS is cheaper and we get a faster result.

My hospital administration is reviewing current policy for drug screening. Currently we perform hair follicle but they are contemplating switching to urine. What are other facilities doing and, if you would, what was the rationale for the chosen method?
