If admitted patient, no consent necessary, the admission consent covers it.

I have a question regarding needlestick source patient testing. In your facility, do you have the source consent to testing for Hep B surface antigen and Hep C testing? Do you have the source sign a consent to have their Hep B surface antigen and Hep C tests results released to the recipient?
